Do you qualify?

Do you live in the Kodiak Island Archipelago and manufacture or create your products here?  If so you may qualify for approval.  Submit the application form and you will be notified by email if you are accepted for membership.  Once accepted please create a login in the Member Area to access online payment or mail your $50 payment to MIK, PO Box 145, Kodiak, AK 99615.
